Quesadillas
These are a great, simple and quick snack/light dinner etc That can be done in a pan or in the oven. Simply take a plain tortilla wrap, and place in a hot frying pan ( if using the oven, rub some oil on a baking sheet so it doesn’t stick). Put your filling of choice on half of it ( cheese, ham, BBQ chicken, Pulled Pork etc). If using chicken or some other kind of meat, make sure it’s cooked thoroughly and still hot.
