Mixed Bean Chilli

1 tbsp - Oil
1 White onion - Diced
1 Red pepper - Sliced
1 Green Pepper - Sliced
400g Kidney Beans - Rinsed and Drained.
400g Cannellini Beans - Rinsed and Drained
400g Butter Beans - Rinsed and Drained
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Ground Cumin
2 tsp Ground Coriander
½ - 1 tsp Chilli Powder
300ml BBQ Sauce
400g Chopped Tomatoes
Salt and Pepper to taste
½ lime - juice
Handful Chopped Coriander
Heat oil in a pan on a medium heat, add onions and cook for 3-4 mins, stirring occasionally, add peppers and cook for a further 2-3 mins, until they have cooked down a bit add spices and a tbsp of water to stop the spices burning. Cook spices for 1-2 mins. Add the beans, tomatoes and BBQ sauce. Mix through and bring to the boil, reduce to a simmer and cook for 35-40 mins. Add the lime juice and fresh coriander and finish off for 5 mins.
